Nothing . When I tried to take a bath the water was so dirty brown in color . I checked with front desk and they said they are cleaning the tank. The bed sheet has mold. I had shared the videos and pictures to the hotel staff.

Dirty water , bed sheets are old and have stains of mold and fungus. Expensive for the services that they provided

The upgrades as always.

The service needs to improve, and they need to take ownership. 3 yrs and the service is still slow and there is no proactiveness.

Rooms are too old ,we had asked for king size bed but got twin bed. Asked for road side room ,but that also was not there

It's always a great stay at this property. I've been visiting here for a while now, and it seems to be my go-to place every time I'm in Bangalore.Had a few issues at the start, but the DM on shift assisted and took care of it right away.

We could not get through the operators throughout the stay even after trying multiple times. Hence, we had to call the main board line number every time we needed assistance.

Reatraunt and food

Stayed in 704, Rooms need to be maintained, wash basin tap isn’t working. Shower mixer hardware need either maintenance or replacement.

Breakfast and dinner - Just ok

Rooms are below class, everyday i have to inform staff to add toiletries. Drinking water is not bottled water than local water, no gurantee on filteration.

Today`s world if you are not reachable because of poor network connection that mean your hotel or the facility where you are staying in not more that the normal dormitory ... Hotel has very poor network connection no inter-com working from room to reception ..Restaurant staff was rowdy. they do not care if you wish to complain or shout

Staff doubted me when he felt like one towel was missing. Actually they provided me only one towel. I felt so sad and ashamed.

Service was very slow. I asked them to make a dosa. Waited for 25 min later they informed me that dosa would be difficult. They should have clarified in the beginning only instead of wasting my time.

The room structure was not good.

The guy receptionist does not know customer service. The key given to me was not working. I had to request for another room as there was no working key. The bathroom was stinking , towels were stinking. Washbasin had water leaking. No sufficient toilet tissues. Phone was not working. Very pushy to check me out

Clean and reception is good

Asked extra price for early check in. And food is horrible

Need to upgrade the hotel rooms . Refurnish and pipe lines need to be change . Bathroom blocked

Absolutely Rubbish and very Rude Staff. None of the Facilities work. No A/c, no Tissues in toilets, broken taps, Bed bugs unable to sleep. Sleeping in a 3rd class compartment in train.

Bath room is very congested,you feel irritated,there is no drain in come out & wash basin area,wet floor with full of water,no hand shower in shower area,

Hotel rooms are cozy

Check in was not offered when I arrived at11:45 am however when I came at 6 pm room was ready. Room had used soaps and match box of previous occupants. Shower was not satisfactory. Too small shower area.

It was little difficult for me that only front dest staffs talks in English other than them all other staffs communicates with different languages, ?

Communication gap between the front desk and the restaurant. Even after taking the breakfast package, we were denied to sit at the outlet and had to wait.
